I completed Environmental Engineering studies in the Technical University of Lodz (Poland), specializing in the field of Kyoto Mechanisms and EU Emission Trading Scheme. Additionally, I broadened my knowledge during one-year Business Course in Emission Trading and Energy Management at the Poznan University of Economics (Poland).
I am working for over 2 years in the field of GHG emission reduction projects, including being a consultant in an international CDM team for almost 2 years, and therefore I have gained and I can offer:
● Experience in the development of 8 Project Design Documents for CDM and VER projects in accordance with UNFCCC methodologies and The Gold Standard rules (3 projects already registered);
● Experience in reviewing 4 CDM Project Design Documents in the terms of compliance with methodologies and methodological tools, correctness of emission factor and emission reductions calculations and argumentation (3 projects already registered);
● Very good knowledge of UNFCCC procedures and methodologies;
● Experience in emission reductions potential calculations;
● Experience in assessing of CDM projects development and feasibility studies;
● Experience in preparing reports and analyses regarding JI/CDM projects, climate policies, emission trading scheme, greenhouse gases and energy sector;
● Very good knowledge of renewable energy sources and greenhouse gases reduction measures.

Activity 1
Emission reductions in the cement production facilities
PDD development:
The project’s idea is to reduce emissions through the implementation of multiple measures in the clinker and cement production process. The project uses new benchmark methodology entitled “CDM methodology for cement and clinker production facilities based on benchmarking”, which was submitted to the EB jointly with the PDD.

Activity 2
Eecopalsa Biogas Expansion
PDD development:
The project will implement a new wastewater treatment system which includes covered lagoons and a biogas recovery system at the palm oil mill. The captured biogas will be utilised in a gas engine for the generation of electricity. Estimated reductions: 23,888 tCO2eq/year.
