Beijing Tianqing Power International CDM Consulting Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Tianqing Power) is an excellent specialized consulting enterprise in China providing professional finance and consulting services regarding the cooperation between Chinese and foreign enterprises on CO2 emission reductions in carbon market.

With rich experience in carbon market and the climate change field, having four elite teams of 20 experienced PDD developers, and a group of 6 professional experts for cooperation, Tianqing Power is highly qualified for the following services:
1. The development and compiling of PDD;
2. Seeking for international buyers with reputation and sound finance, assisting the project owners in concluding an ERPA with these buyers;
3. Assisting the project owners in acquiring approval for the proposed project from the NDRC;
4. Assisting the DOE designated by the UNFCCC to carry out the validation and verification regarding the proposed project;
5. Assisting in answering all the questions and clarifying all the comments presented by EB during the registration process of the proposed project;
6. Assisting the CERs issuance and successful trade between the international buyers and the domestic project owners.
Besides CDM projects, the development and purchase of pure VER and CDM-VER projects is another important field that Tianqing Power engage in. VER refers to the Verified Emission Reductions purchased voluntarily by enterprises from developed countries in order to improve its public image. Tianqing Power provides a whole package of services for VERs trade for the Chinese Enterprises and the international buyers under reliable and flexible faith. Up to now, Tianqing Power has successfully developed and traded VERs project such as Rongcheng Dongchudao Wind Farm and Wenshan Nameguo, Faguo Hy ower Stations. Furthermore, more than 50 CDM-VER projects and 10 pure VER projects are under development process.
Presently, CERs of all the ERPA signed under the efforts by Tianqing Power has exceeded 30 million tons. The main international buyers cooperated with Tianqing Power includes ENEL Trade S.P.A (Italy national electricity cooperation), RWE Power AG (the biggest power group in Germany), Edison Trade S.P.A,, Essent Energy Trading, JP Morgen, Kommunalkredit Public Consulting GMBH, Marubeni Corporation, Vitol S.A., Sojitz Corporation, Electric Power Development Co., Ltd ( J Power), Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, voestalpine AG, Green Hercules Trading Limited – A Cargill Company and etc.

Activity 1
Huadian Inner Mongolia Huitengxile 100.25MW Wind Farm Project
The project consists of the construction and operation of a wind farm in the administrative area of Wulanchabu City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The wind farm has a total installed capacity of 100.25MW. The wind farm consists of 95 wind turbines, of which, 30 have a rated capacity of 1.5MW, and 65 have a rated capacity of 0.85 MW. The expected annual net supply of power to the North China Grid is 266.1 million kWh. The project has ready got registered.

Activity 2
Rongcheng Dongchudao Wind Farm
The project activity involves the construction and operation of a wind farm (Rongcheng Dongchudao Wind Farm Project) at Dongchu Island, Ningjin Town, Rongcheng City, Weihai City, Shandong Province, China, developed by Shandong Luneng development Group Co., Ltd. The wind farm will use 10 units of 1.5MW each wind turbines providing a total installed capacity of 15MW, with basis estimated annual operating hours of 1,902h, will supplied to the grid 28,529.2MWh of electricity. The power generated will be transmitted to the local Rongcheng Southeast Grid, and then connected to the Shandong Grid, and, finally, to the North China Grid. The project has ready got registered

Activity 3
Hubei Xuan’en Dongping Hy ower Station
The Hubei Xuan’en Dongping Hy ower Station Project (hereafter referred to as ‘the project’ or
‘project’) involves the construction and operation of a mixed type hy ower station with annual
regulating capacity at the downriver of Zhongjian River in Xuan’en County of Enshi Tujia and Miao
Autonomous Prefecture in Hubei Province, China.
The main objective of the project is to generate power from clean renewable hydro power in Hubei
Province and contribute to the sustainability of power generation of the Central China Grid.
The hy ower station will have a total installed capacity of 110 MW. The surface area of the
reservoir is 8.12 km2, thus the project has a power density of 13.5 W/m2. The average annual operating
hours is 2,928 hours, the average annual electricity generation is 322,000 MWh, and the electricity
supplied to the grid is 317,360 MWh.
The electricity generated will be transmitted to Qifengba transformer substation which connects to the
Enshi Grid and finally to the Central China Grid.
