Indrajeet Dudile is the Founder and Managing Partner at EcoLogic. He has over 4 years of experience in the areas of Production Processes, Quality Management, and Supply Chain Management. Prior to founding EcoLogic Consultancy, he was Zonal Logistics Manager with Spencer’s Retail. He was responsible for Supply Chain and Logistics operations of Spencer’s across commodities, perishables and FMCG for entire state of Karnataka. He was earlier employed with Arvin Exhaust India as Senior Production
Engineer, handling Production Planning and Control, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. He is an trained EMS Lead Auditor for ISO 14001-2004. He holds MBA from the IIM, Ahmedabad and a Bachelors degree in Production Engineering from the NIT, Tiruchirappalli.
Kedar Deshpande is the Managing Partner at EcoLogic. He has over 4 years of experience in Business Development, Organization Development, and Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining EcoLogic Consultancy, he was Business Development Manager with Dr. Reddy’s. He was responsible for expanding the presence
of Dr. Reddy’s Biologics business unit to Emerging Markets. He was instrumental in creating and executing commercialization strategy for the business unit in high growth markets. He was earlier employed with
Colgate-Palmolive India Limited. His various responsibilities at Colgate-Palmolive included Sales for Jharkhand state and execution of a nationwide marketing campaign, involving Mass Media and Consumer contacts. He holds an MBA from IIM, Bangalore and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the NIT, Tiruchirappalli.
