The Foundation for Energy, Climate and Environment (FECE) is an NGO that addresses problematic issues facing the poor with regard to energy, climate change and the environment. We identify problems, conduct research and help implement research outputs. We also offer consultation services to both private and public institutions on issues related to energy, climate change and the environment. FECE currently has a vibrant active establishment in Tanzania, but plans are underway to expand our presence to the rest of East Africa with plans for the establishment of FECE chapters in Nairobi and Kampala being at an advanced stage.
