Eneco Group comprises the companies Stedin (network management), Joulz (infrastructures) and Eneco (sustainable energy supply, sustainable energy generation and sustainable energy solutions). Eneco Group invests in sustainable energy sources, energy solutions and infrastructure with the aim to keep energy clean, available and affordable, now and in the long run. Eneco Energy Trade (EET) is Eneco’s international trade department, with more than one hundred highly-trained professionals. We are the linchpin between market and the (co-) production of Eneco’s assets. We are also independent traders for developers without trading capacity and we close Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
EET has a specialized carbon group within the Alternative Energy department. The carbon desk generates carbon credits by partnering with organizations to indentify, develop and manage green projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Eneco has a exceptional track record in clean energy production and in the global carbon markets; markets carbon credits such as EUAs, CERs, ERUs and VERs. We provide development services, financing arrangements and risk management services for project owners, project developers and carbon aggregators.
